Acceptance & Application of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the k120 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between k120 and the user, enforceable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. k120 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals aged 18 and above, and by using the platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and k120 enforces a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
Account Creation, Verification & Security
Registration Process
Accurate and truthful personal information is required to open an account on k120. Each individual may hold only one account; multiple accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited. The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified. k120 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time — such as a National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until identity verification is successfully completed.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for your login credentials, password, and the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the k120 support team immediately. k120 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly encouraged.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
K120 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: providing false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or any other breach of these rules. k120 will notify the user of any account closure decision via email or SMS. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. For voluntary closures, any remaining balance will be refunded once verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
The k120 platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. You must comply with all applicable local laws when participating in any betting or gaming activity. Having access to the platform does not guarantee that its use is legally permitted in your jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance. Reselling k120's services for commercial gain, operating as an agent, or placing bets on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Adhering to responsible gaming principles and betting within your financial means is both an ethical and contractual obligation for every user.
Prohibited Activities
- Using software bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing other users or sending offensive and inappropriate messages is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack an account, conduct phishing, or collect another user's information through fraudulent means will result in legal action.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (BDT)
Deposit Policy
Deposits to k120 are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and the supported payment methods are listed in detail on the platform's payment page. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes; if there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact our support team. Funds deposited must come from a payment method belonging to the account holder only — third-party payments are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply, as set out in the guidelines displayed on the platform. k120 processes all transactions through secure encryption, keeping your financial information fully protected.
Withdrawal Process
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, which helps prevent money laundering. Withdrawing funds earned from bonuses requires meeting the applicable wagering conditions, as detailed in the relevant bonus offer. If a withdrawal is rejected or delayed, the k120 support team will notify the user of the reason via email.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotional offer on k120 carries its own specific terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced. If you attempt to withdraw after accepting a bonus without meeting the required wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, or creating multiple accounts to do so, will be treated as fraudulent behaviour. k120 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice. In any bonus-related dispute, k120's decision shall be final.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The k120 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. k120 shall not be liable for any betting or gaming session interrupted due to technical issues, server outages, loss of internet connectivity, or any other technical failure. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming; k120 accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages under any circumstances. Nothing displayed on the platform — including information, opinions, or analysis — constitutes financial advice, and users must exercise their own judgement when making decisions. k120's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software, designs, and text published on the k120 platform are protected under the intellectual property rights of k120 or its licensors. Users may view platform content for personal use only; copying, redistributing, republishing, or modifying it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. k120's logos and brand name may not be used on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials without prior written permission. k120 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement. Any user-generated content posted on the platform will be considered as licensed to k120.

The k120 platform may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or services, provided for your convenience. k120 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of those third-party sites. It is the user's responsibility to review the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policies before using any third-party service. Should any issues arise with payment processors, game providers, or other third-party services, k120 will make every effort to assist, but cannot be held directly liable. k120 shares data with third parties only in accordance with its Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Changes to Terms, Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between k120 and a user will first be pursued through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration. The courts of Bangladesh with appropriate jurisdiction shall have authority over any legal proceedings arising from such disputes. k120 is committed to resolving user complaints in a fair and transparent manner at all times.
